Description
‘Houjicha’ is roasted green tea. It is commonly drunk in the Kanto area around Tokyo, whereas people from the Kansai area tend to drink more sencha. This particular ‘Houjicha’ produces a spetacular aroma and flavour. This Houjicha uses Gyokuro’s stalk, so it has got very strong sweet aroma and delicate flavour. It is low in caffeine compared to other teas.
