Description
This tea is a mixed one called ‘Fuka mushi tea’ and ‘Kabuse tea’. It has the traditional green tea’s hint of punchy bitterness, yet a delicate mildness. ‘Fukamushi tea’ is made through an extra steaming process, so it gives strength of taste, and ‘Kabuse tea’ leaves are shaded from sun before picking, so the tea retains its mildness. This interesting combination makes fantastic ‘Sencha’ tea.
